Barre Focus is our signature Barre class. This class is great for anyone looking for body sculpting, to increase flexibility, and learn the basic of barre. If you're looking for the classic Barre burn, this is the class for you! This is a minimal cardio effort class.

Barre Fix class incorporates more props and challenges experienced barre enthusiasts to push the limits of their inner and outer strength.  This class introduces low impact,  moderate cardio exercises

Barre Core taps into your deep core and pelvic muscles in this targeted barre class. Learn how to use your breath to engage your core to find a deep burn while also strengthening your pelvic floor. This class combines Barre movements with intentional breathing and stretching for a whole body low intensity workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more centered.

Barre HIIT is a high intensity interval Barre class. This class combines the controlled small movements with intervals of high intensity cardio to really maximize your calorie burn.

Barre Express is a quick 30 minute class that enables on-the-go-getters to pack a full-body workout into a shorter class format.
